If you would like to have us perform at your corporate event, wedding or other special occasion please click the “Email Me” button below and send us an email with the details of your function. Please include the date, occasion, venue address, timings (band to be set-up by, guest arrival time, and lastly finish time) and we will get back to you with a quote. Remember that you save by booking direct as you don’t have to pay agency fees.
Once we have all the required details, you will promptly receive two copies of a formal quote via email. One for you to keep for your records and one to print, sign and return with the required deposit.
With your quote, you will also find attached a copy of our General Terms & Conditions. It is very important that you read this as it contains some crucial information including the band’s required playing space and power supply requirements.
When received funds have cleared, you will receive a receipt via email and you may then consider Calibre booked to perform at your function.
